This is the first image in an ongoing study of reflection, photographed on the water in Vancouver. Where Still Water is about stillness and solitude, Soft Horizon I is about what gets mirrored back the way a calm surface holds the sky, the shoreline, and everything above it as a second, softer version of itself.
