JARDIN HORACIO
Polanco has always been one of my favorite neighborhoods to photograph a place where architecture, design, and lifestyle blend seamlessly. Recently, I had the opportunity to capture Jardín Horacio, a stunning space designed by L. Vega, and it immediately became one of those shoots that remind me why I love what I do.

Nestled among the tree-lined streets of Polanco, Jardín Horacio feels like a breath of fresh air a contemporary oasis that connects nature and design in perfect harmony. From the moment you step inside, you’re surrounded by textures, light, and greenery that make you forget you’re in the middle of Mexico City. As a photographer, what drew me in was the way L. Vega played with natural light and organic materials. Every corner of the space was designed to enhance the experience smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor areas, carefully curated furniture, and a soft, neutral palette that allows nature to take center stage.

Photographing Jardín Horacio was a unique experience because I had the chance to capture it both during the day and at night. In daylight, the space feels open and serene, full of warmth and vitality. As night falls, it transforms completely the soft lighting creates a more intimate, cinematic atmosphere, highlighting the architectural details in a new way. It’s a beautiful reminder of how thoughtful design can evolve with the rhythm of the day.

Jardín Horacio isn’t just a visual delight; it’s an example of how architecture and landscape can coexist in balance. Projects like this make me appreciate even more the artistry and intention behind design in Mexico.
